Upon the merger of BGC San Dieguito with BGC Oceanside, I\'m grateful and humbled to be promoted to the position of CHRO for our newly-merged larger organization, Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego. I am fortunate to have an outstanding team in providing HR support on a grander scale. We now have 8 Clubhouses, and numerous Specialty Programs for kids ages 2- 18 serving Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, and Carmel Valley in the San Diego northwest coastal area.

I have the pleasure and privilege of supporting the amazing staff whose mission is to provide a variety of programs for kids in the San Dieguito area of San Diego- after school, athletics, aquatics, and summer camp just to name a few. After having served 9 years as an active duty U.S. Marine Corps JAG attorney, with a subsequent career of over 23 years as an HR/Operations leader, I have a fulfilling role to lead the HR services for this newly-merged 8-location organization.I also support Nonprofits in Board of Director strategic planning sessions, guiding the Board to hone in on the issues and challenges of greatest priority.
