I find it fascinating how much people can achieve with the right support and empowerment.In my dual role within Ubisoft Düsseldorf, I leverage my 15+ years of experience in working within an international environment to efficiently lead projects and empathically guide people. Over the years, I have build a strong background in localization project management, having led numerous projects across languages and platforms, within various industries, and with a wide array of stakeholders. I have created and implemented specific localization pipelines and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the product quality. I also have a keen interest in fostering an environment of growth which starts with personal development and a growth mindset. I truly believe people can dream big and thrive in meaningful contexts.
