I\'m a lawyer who is a full-time Mediator & Peacemaker and a part-time golfer.I\'m promoting Mediation around the world for which I organise lots of shows & events. Recordings are available on my YouTube Channel. There are 700+ videos on the Channel which are an excellent resource on everything Mediation.Mediation is a voluntary and informal process through which people attempt to reach an amicable settlement of their dispute with the assistance of a trusted person or persons lacking the authority to impose a solution on them.People around the world may not be familiar with the word Mediation but they are familiar with the process as it has been used from time immemorial.As part of my Resolution Revolution, I\'ve created the World Mediation Circle which is a World-Wide-Web of Mediation Circles.What?Mediation Circles will help people in resolving their disputes in an amicable and collaborative manner and attempt to heal and strengthen relationships.Mediation Circles are safe spaces for conversations, dialogue, collaboration & consensus building without debates, activism or advocacy.Mediation Circles will redefine politics at the local, national and global level by moving from the colonial legacy of divide & rule to consensus building with Mediators as leaders.Why?Mediation Circles will bring a moral values, principles and ethics based humanistic approach to Dispute Resolution where Heart Soul Spirituality play an important role.A collaborative approach to Dispute Resolution has been used by families and communities including indigenous and business communities for time immemorial. We have to go back to our roots and move away from an adversarial approach.World Mediation Circle will promote Mediation and develop a Culture of Mediation around the world so that Mediation becomes the preferred method of Dispute Resolution.Where?Mediation Circles are being created in schools, colleges communities and organisations around the world. Communities can be Place-Based, Issue-Based, Identity-Based, Business, Organisational & more.Non-adversarial methods of Dispute Resolution like Mediation are not an Alternative but Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods for Amicable Dispute Resolution (my ADR).Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is the need of the times and the future of Dispute Resolution, therefore, I\'ve taken the resolution process online so that working on the beach is not just a virtual background.Mediation is the future of Dispute Resolution and the Future Is Here!

   My focus is on practising as a Mediator and to be a Peacemaker. I\'m on the Panel of Mediators & Conciliators, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.I\'ve provided legal strategy for setting up and doing business in India and have handled litigation in the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals in India. I\'ve provided advisory and compliance services in relation to laws on banking, companies, competition, contracts, crimes, consumer protection, entertainment, foreign exchange, income tax, indirect tax, information technology, insolvency, intellectual property, labour, property and sports.As a lawyer, I totally relate to Mahatma Gandhi\'s experience that \"my joy was boundless. I had learnt the true practice of law. I had learnt to find out the better side of human nature and enter men\'s hearts. I realised that the true function of a lawyer was to unite parties riven asunder. The lesson was so indelibly burnt into me that a large part of my time during the 20 years of my practice as a lawyer was occupied in bringing about private compromises of hundreds of cases. I lost nothing thereby, not even money, certainly not my soul\".
