My motivation is to collaboratively create sustainable solutions with organisations to transform performance, while reducing costs. It is the small consistent incremental changes that lead to great transformations! For this the organisation should promote a continuous learning culture. This is hard to do and comes with a coherence across the technology, people and processes. Think holistic, implement in phases!This next bit is about the “doing”!As a Team, we align the way our client organisations operate with their Vision and Strategy. We collaboratively design the Target Operating Model to reflect the long-term goals, ways of working and culture of the organisation. We continue to refine our approach daily with our learning within and from each engagement, while keeping up-to-date with good practice. The continuous learning!Our clients are within the public and private sectors and are focussed on transforming their performance, while reducing costs and significantly improving quality, within tight budgets. We do this with or without the purchase of new technology.If you want advice on which systems to implement to support this, we provide you with an objective market evaluation, to produce a short-list of technology solutions (niche, integrated and or composable) that is fit for your business requirements.We write the business case to support the funding required with robust evidence based recommendations for the organisation.We work with your Procurement team to plan and drive the procurement of the solution, by creating the prioritised statement of requirements for the invitation to tender and evaluation phases. We provide what you need from the operating model through to the procurement of the solution to make the changes work effortlessly. Our focus always remains on the people, process and technology! Without the coherent focus on these three elements I have found that successful change becomes challenging.
