Parallelly, I founded Emes, a D2C fragrance brand that grew to ₹3.5L+ in sales within 6 months. Building Emes from scratch sharpened my skills in branding, negotiation, vendor management, and market positioning - the same skills I now apply in high ticket real estate deals.
