As a Technical PM, I leverage my 8+ years of experience in developing and supporting data-centric applications and platforms for top global companies. My mission is to enable innovation and developer agility for the Whole Foods Market retail platform, which handles millions of transactions per second with high throughput and low latency. Some of my recent achievements include leading the handling of Amazon Prime Day traffic to the cloud infrastructure in 2021 and 2022, initiating and driving the planning for Prime Day India in 2022, and creating a self-service analytics platform in Tableau and Quicksight for various global regions for the AWS professional service business. I also have a strong background in big data and predictive analytics, having established AWS\'s North Star Metric for its Professional Services division and created AI/ML solutions for Amazon, Microsoft and IBM. I am passionate about solving complex business challenges with cutting-edge technology and collaborating with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments. I have a MBA in Management Information Systems and Operations and a BE/BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.
