I pursued my Ph.D. in Management and Organization (focus: Organizational Behavior) at the Marshall of Business at the University of Southern California. During my graduate studies, I examined various aspects of organizational culture, including (but not limited to): power, negotiations, conflict, and team dynamics. I have published 10 articles in top-tier academic journals, including: Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Psychological Science. After graduating from the Ph.D, I joined L.E.K. Consulting, where I\'ve spent the last few years serving clients in the tech, healthcare, and private equity industries. I have extensive experience utilizing data to draw insights for clients, and am familiar with Excel market size modeling, Alteryx, Tableau, and Sawtooth software (for conducting conjoint analyses).
