About Medha Kalra
I am an electronics and communication engineer with 6 years of experience in the wireless industry. I spent 3 years working in carrier conformance testing for ATT and TMO carriers at Qualcomm where I developed strong expertise in 3GPP standards, LTE and 5G-NR.I am currently involved in modem hardware modeling for the last 3 years. I have worked on the development of C++ models for various modem blocks such as CSF (Channel State Feedback), searcher, and NR control channel processor. My most recent contribution has been to the O-RAN model development for the base stations.I am passionate about my field and to take my interest further, I did my master\'s in communication and signal processing from IIT-M as part of the industrial M-tech program at Qualcomm.
