About Medha Gupta

A technology enthusiast, a leader, and a dance freak! Ambition and will power is what drives me. I secured a position at Indian Institute of Technology which is one of the most elite institutes in India. A technology enthusiast: With an education in computer science, I developed a passion for technology and drove many projects to have an impact on my surroundings. I drove an initiative to automate the anesthesia drug delivery system of PGI, Chandigarh. At PayPal, I introduced a scalable technology and was the first to adopt it. As part of an innovations team, I am determined to apply out of the box thinking to solve key business issues. A leader: It all started with captaining the basketball team at college, where I was able to build a girl\'s basketball team from the ground up. Later at PayPal I had the opportunity to drive projects in the most critical space of PayPal\'s business : the compliance team. From organizing a speaker series for the compliance team (TechByte) to being selected for a young leaders program, I have done it all. A dance freak : Having a passion of dance from a young age, I have been training in Indian classical dance since a young age of 3 years. Participated and won multiple dance events since childhood, at college and participated in several stage events at PayPal.
