As a TPSM at MyReport, I support our partners on their path to success by ensuring a smooth technical adoption of our solutions.My key role is to make sure that MyReport is not only well integrated but also fully mastered by our partners for their client projects.Main responsibilities - Continuously providing technical guidance to our partner network- Gathering technical needs and issues to address them proactively- Collaborating closely with our internal teams and R&D to constantly improve our offerings- Supporting partners in their initial projects to ensure optimal deployment and upskilling of their teams.My Goal to ensure our partners\' success while helping our partners build a long-term trusted technical expertise.In my daily role, I bridge the gap between technical expertise and business, ensuring that MyReport is at the core of our partners\' BI activities.
