I’m an aspiring barrister currently studying for my Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) at the University of Nottingham. My passion lies in advocacy and the pursuit of justice, and I’m eager to gain more practical experience to help me achieve my goal of joining the Bar. I’ve been fortunate to gain valuable insights into the legal profession through experiences like judicial marshalling at Nottingham Magistrates Court, attending open days at Middle Temple and Slaughter and May, and participating in a virtual vacation scheme with Legal Cheek. These opportunities have strengthened my understanding of legal processes and the skills required to succeed as a barrister. As General Secretary of the University of Nottingham Bar Society and a Student Ambassador, I’ve developed strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, whether through internships, mentoring, or networking, and I’m excited to continue building my expertise in the legal field.
