I’m a people person with over a decade of strategic leadership and entrepreneurial execution in tech and business, from the public sector to private startups, spanning in-office, hybrid, and fully remote. Having led a variety of teams over the years, I\'ve grown increasingly interested in team dynamics and effectiveness, organizational design and development, and the methods by which leadership fosters (or hinders) each of these areas.My work in AI, both as a startup co-founder and working with \"everyday\" agentic AI (GPT, Claude, etc.) has deepened my interest in helping teams navigate the practical and ethical implications not only of AI\'s impact on work inputs/outputs but on our mental health.
