I lead our sales support and enablement team, ensuring our internal team is equipped and well-poised to meet our goals. When we are fortunate enough that a new client chooses NFP as their benefits advisor, I work to create an excellent transition to the delivery team. My goal is to earn the trust of our prospects and clients alike, through excellent communication, follow-through, and solving every-day people and HR challenges.Additionally, through our specialty consulting division, Performance Lab, I identify and deliver solutions that guide organizations toward better business and culture performance. We partner with our clients to bring forward solutions such as the Performance Climate Survey, focus group facilitation, and developing action plans that help leadership teams prioritize people outcomes.
