With 28+ years of experience in the risk management and insurance industry, I\'ve served clients in many different sectors including real estate, technology, staffing, financial services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, agribusiness and non-profit organizations. Throughout my career, I\'ve primarily been involved with the servicing of large property & casualty insurance programs that utilize a variety of risk financing vehicles, including captives, self-insurance, matching deductibles, finite risk and pure insurance transfer. I also have experience working on accounts with a controlled master insurance programs (CMPs) for clients with global operations. By pairing a master policy in the US with local (admitted) policies issued in countries around the world, a CMP helps clients reduce cost while ensuring they are in compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements.
