I\'ve been instrumental in overseeing the #manufacturing,#installation, and #commissioning of over 20 diaper machines across the globe, including locations in Russia, China, the USA, and Colombia. Additionally, I\'ve provided #remote #support for machines in Brazil, Chile, and China, contributing to GPM\'s and our client’s success in engineering and #project management.Key achievements include:Implementing and reporting on various diaper manufacturing machine check processes, such as VCO, ECO, PCO, and ASUS, and coordinating detailed mechanical part checks during each phase to ensure optimal machine functionality. Redesigned and upgraded servomotors for Kimberly Clark\'s SR01 machine in Russia, significantly increasing its speed from 800 DPM to 1200 DPM (DPM – Diapers Per Minute).Increase #productivity and operational #improvement (Opex) in the largest Nonwoven material manufacturing machine (NONWOVEN) in the world, in Kimberly Clark, Corinth, Mississippi.VCO - Vendor check Out in Wuxy, China, of the CZ12, ST10, CT03 machines,#directing a multicultural and multidisciplinary team (Electrical, Mechanical, Process) to carry out the total verification of the machine systems and give it the go-ahead for its departure to the destination plants in the Czech Republic, South Africa, and Singapore.Played a crucial role in the ECO (Engineering Check Out), PCO (Process Check Out) and ASUS (After Start Up Service) of the U7 machine in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. ensuring the installation, start-up and commissioning.With the GPM #design team, we redesigned the E and F modules of the ONTEX machine, CALLISTO 5. Achieving a successful system for folding the DELTA pocket, prioritizing design time, and achieving a successful #process design that was later implemented in another 4 ONTEX machines in Europe.
