Working in the Information Management Group, in Canada\'s largest mental-health teaching hospital- AI implementation: Developing analytic- and reporting solutions in Python, SAS and SQL to address strategic, policy and care-planning questions- Creativity: Using new biostatistical approaches to inform healthcare management; e.g. predicting changes to client wellbeing in the next 24 hours, based on a literature review revealing 160 risk factors from 220 publications- Leadership: Of performance improvements in projects related to the PHIPA, health equity, and our aboriginal clinical services centre- Data governance: Established a comprehensive dictionary for 200+ tables used by the Data & Insights Team. Required authoring a source compiler for exceptional cross-referencing, to support consistency.
