My practice includes personal injury, sexual torts/abuse, truck and motor vehicle accidents, and the sports and entertainment industry.My experience extends from successfully defending contractors and owners in construction worksite injury claims, to representing professionals practicing in the medical, mental health, and fitness industries. In addition to receiving an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, I’ve been named to Super Lawyers Upstate New York (2013-19) and listed in Business First’s “Legal Elite” of Western New York (2015-18). I remain an active member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association, and was previously director of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
