When I was sixteen I learned how to drive by racing in a sport called autocross. I learned pretty quickly the importance of understanding the mission, of how to trust my team at over 100mph, and that going off course isn’t always the end of the race. I am currently a Sr Manager, Program Management at Amazon – while this does not involve a race car speeding around a track; it is still very fast paced! I am part of the North American Customer Fulfillment, Planning & Execution (PLEX) organization - supporting Amazon\'s world class customer fulfillment operations. I lead the strategic vision for our Learning & Talent Development (L & TD) team, Operations Development, and Program Management Office (PMO) for PLEX. I am well-practiced in the art of learning by doing, making sense out of chaos, and understanding the story behind the data.
