This past year, I stepped into expanded responsibilities across multiple business units, delivering strategic support and driving initiatives that elevated teammate experience and leadership alignment.Strategic Talent Advisor to Marketing LeadershipDuring the Senior HRBP’s maternity leave, I served as the primary HRBP for the Marketing Leadership Team, including direct support to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this capacity, I:• Acted as the strategic talent advisor for VP-level and above leaders in Marketing, ensuring continuity in HR support and proactive guidance on org design, performance management, and leadership development.• Led the Power Skills rollout across Marketing, presenting to the CMO, VPs, and senior managers, and driving inventory completion and post-launch planning.• Facilitated roundtables and 1:1s with senior managers to address compensation, career pathing, and org structure questions.• Supported the Marketing Department Stabilization Plan, including org changes, promotions, and communication strategies.This interim leadership role allowed me to build trust with executive stakeholders and reinforce HR’s strategic value during a critical transition period.Executive-Level Support Across FinanceIn Q4, I provided ongoing HRBP support to VP-level and above leaders in Finance, including our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).
