Seeing how others live in various parts of the world has not only shaped my world view, but has led to the continual peeling back the layers of myself. When I meet a new person, experience a new city, or am exposed to a new system of any sort, my mind operates the same: What is this? What good parts of this can I reuse in another place? What parts of this could be made better if it just. This is also where I see my strengths most in work. I love to grow team culture, enable others by focusing on their strengths, and present and teach. And, I especially love to find the \'but how can I/we/it be better\'. Operational strategy and enablement has helped me find a place for these skills to flourish. A few of my life phrases include: “Ask not, have not.” and \"Tell people on birthdays what you would say at their funerals.\"I wholeheartedly believe that vulnerability and community are keys to joy within life. I intend to continue traveling the world, trying every delicious bite possible, and leading a life I am proud of.
