I am a highly motivated and degreed Global Associate Director of People Operations, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer. I currently lead our company-wide Workday transformation initiative, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable systems that enable consistency, efficiency, and growth across a global workforce.As part of the Monks People Operations team, I help manage a global marketing, advertising, and consulting organization of 6,500+ employees, navigating integration while aligning people and business strategies. Acting as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, I bridge the gap between business needs and people functions—optimizing relationships with Finance, People teams, and senior leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.My role includes shaping and supporting core people processes such as organizational design, job architecture, and platform implementations—ensuring fairness, consistency, and scalability across the organization. I also foster collaboration across HR functions, share best practices, and align communications with both people and business priorities.By maintaining regular check-ins with executive leaders and providing transparent workforce metrics, I help enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership alignment, and elevate the overall employee experience.
