Meagan Guthrie, MA/CDCA is the Director of the Hamilton County Office of Addiction Response. Mrs. Guthrie is charged with the program coordination and fiscal oversight of millions of dollars in federal grants including but not limited to programming with the Hamilton County Deflection Division (QRT, CORE, etc.), Hamilton County Drug Treatment and Recovery Court, treatment coordination in the Hamilton County Justice Center, and Juvenile Justice Prevention.
