   Hire, manage, and develop a new research team to support growing UX and customer experience (CX) research needs. Work with team on priorities, team and individual goals, track progress to success, and remove barriers- Identify customer research opportunities that support strategic priorities, biennial plan, and legislative priorities around improving health equity and access for all Washingtonians regardless of immigration status- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (i.e, design, product, policy, community outreach) on research needs, questions, participant recruitment, and engagement in research process and activities- Lead first-of-its-kind large-scale, holistic CX research project; share compelling customer stories with multiple groups, including Executive Leadership, Policy Committee, and in a public meeting to Board of Directors- Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method user research (attitudinal/behavioral, usability, card sorting, tree tests, individual interviews, and focus groups), analyze data, report findings, and iterate as necessary in alignment with Scrum and Designers- Revamp recruitment methods and develop more inclusive and diverse customer personas reflective of high-risk uninsured populations- Lead research to expand coverage to undocumented Washingtonians; provided state-wide CBOs with research plan, discussion guide, facilitation guide, and data capture to conduct research - Work with UX designers to conduct iterative usability studies on design concepts and information architecture
