Working directly with clients, contractors, architects and engineers to build various mechanical and electrical systems in buildings- Supervise/monitor work accoridng to plans and specifications, preparation of surveillance reports and keep track of deadlines- Determine the cost of the work in accordance with standardized methods and the plans and specifications (including negotiating prices with contractors)- Provide information on the interpretation of plans and specifications so that the contractor performs the work requested and contribute to solving technical problems- Validate shop drawings, prepare recommendations and a list of deficiencies for the work completed- Attend field meetings and draft meeting minutes.

I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from McGill University with a particular interest in the construction and project management field. Currently I am employed at P&R Desjardins, a general contractor company, as a Cosntruction Project Coordinator / Estimator. Working and reporting directly under the Project Director, my main goal is to participate and support the delivery of various projects. More specifically, I am responsible for ensuring all projects completed are completed within budget and allocated time constraints. I have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, be extremely organized and resolve problems on a daily basis. Working for a PME (Petit-Moyen Enterprise) has allowed me to develop various skills in the industrial, sales and business development side of my role.
