I’m an Early Childhood Specialist with STGi, serving the Office of Head Start’s Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Network. In this role, I partner with Head Start and Early Head Start programs to strengthen quality and compliance across key areas — including curriculum, child assessment, dual language learning, school readiness, and family engagement.My approach blends data-driven continuous quality improvement (CQI) with practical support for the people who make early learning work — teachers, leaders, and families.Previously, I served as Quality Assurance Manager at Child Start, Inc. Head Start, where I led program-wide self-assessment and community assessment efforts, goal development, and annual reporting. I also supervised quality assurance, risk management, and data teams to ensure alignment with federal performance standards.I hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University and am a CLASS® Affiliate Trainer for Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K age groups. With more than a decade in early learning and care, I’m passionate about building systems that elevate program quality and help every child and family thrive.
