For me, professional satisfaction isn\'t just about hitting targets (which I still like to smash); it\'s about seeing people and teams achieve their goals. This passion for helping others has been the foundation of my 10+ year career, and it\'s what adds purpose to my life. I\'ve been privileged to see this play out across diverse sectors like Higher Education, SaaS, and Sales Training.I feel incredibly fortunate that in my current role as a Learning Strategist at O\'Reilly Media, I get to live this passion every day. Partnering with enterprise tech leaders to empower their teams through upskilling and reskilling is deeply rewarding. It\'s about more than just a platform; it\'s about providing the tools that help experts solve problems and save time, which in turn fuels their success and innovation.My journey to this point has been rich with experiences that reinforced my focus on people. I\'ve guided students through the life-changing process of enrollment at Purdue University Global and pioneered new ways for people to connect by creating digital sales training events at Carew International. From being an Admissions Advisor to an Enterprise Account Executive, my goal has always been consistent: to listen, understand individual needs, and provide solutions that lead to genuine success. Building these lasting relationships and witnessing the growth of my clients and team is the most fulfilling part of my work.
