Meagan S. Hobson is the Founder and CEO of Women Rock Wings (WRW), an aviation media, lifestyle, and thought-leadership platform expanding the visibility, influence, and legacy of women across the global aviation ecosystem. With more than 20 years of combined military service in the United States Air Force Reserve, including a decade in the Chaplain Corps, Meagan’s career is grounded in leadership, service, and an unwavering commitment to people. Her professional journey began with over ten years in Aircraft Maintenance, where she developed deep technical expertise, operational discipline, and a profound respect for aviation safety and excellence—experience that continues to inform her leadership today.Meagan later transitioned into the Air Force Chaplain Corps, serving over ten years as a trusted leader providing emotional, spiritual, and ethical support to servicemembers and families. This role sharpened her ability to lead in high-stakes environments, steward trust, and cultivate resilience—skills she now brings to entrepreneurship, media, and community leadership.Outside the military, Meagan pursued her passion for general aviation, where she identified a critical gap: women were contributing, leading, and innovating across aviation, yet their stories, lifestyles, and leadership were largely underrepresented. In response, she founded Women Rock Wings.Today, WRW is a media and cultural platform operating at the intersection of aviation careers, aviation lifestyle, luxury, travel, and community. Through digital media, storytelling, strategic partnerships, and high-level, intimate in-person events, Women Rock Wings amplifies women who are shaping aviation from the flight line to the boardroom. More than a community, WRW is a visibility engine stewarding real change and meaningful connection for women who move the industry forward.As CEO, Meagan leads vision, brand strategy, media direction, partnerships, and experiential programming—ensuring Women Rock Wings remains both mission-driven and commercially sustainable.Meagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Divinity, bringing a human-centered, strategic lens to leadership, storytelling, and impact.
