I personally lead and handle all of our O&M hiring, focusing on attracting skilled professionals who help drive operational success.I partner closely with hiring managers from the very start, conducting detailed briefing calls to fully understand the role requirements and team needs. I help craft and revamp job descriptions to accurately reflect the skills and experience required, ensuring they attract the right candidates. I manage job postings and advertising across all relevant job boards and our company website, maximizing visibility to reach a diverse and qualified talent pool. Proficient in Workday & Jobvite, I efficiently track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and organized experience for all involved. Beyond recruitment logistics, I stay on top of market trends - including industry salary standards, hiring practices, and industry shifts - providing valuable insights that help shape our recruitment strategy and maintain our competitive edge.In addition to recruiting, I help oversee new hire orientation and onboarding, making sure new employees settle in comfortably and ramp up efficiently.
