I founded Howard Consulting to help healthcare organizations bridge the gap between innovation and implementation.With more than a decade of experience across hospitals, health systems, and digital health ventures, I’ve seen how often great ideas struggle to scale. Howard Consulting was built to change that—helping clients design strategies that are actionable, partnerships that are sustainable, and technologies that truly improve care delivery.At Howard Consulting, we work with health systems and startups to drive progress in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, and innovation. Our portfolio spans strategy development, market and vendor assessments, market positioning and communications, partnership advisory, and technology implementation and project management.Before founding Howard Consulting, I worked in hospital innovation and digital transformation leadership, guiding initiatives across virtual care, AI, computer vision, and predictive analytics. My experience includes shaping enterprise-level programs—spanning Virtual Inpatient Medicine, TeleNursing, TeleICU, TelePsych, and TeleStroke—and partnering with early-stage health tech companies through accelerator and biodesign programs.I believe the most meaningful innovation in healthcare happens where strategy, technology, and people intersect. Through Howard Consulting, I help organizations navigate that intersection—aligning vision with execution and making transformation tangible.
