I joined the CBC as a reporter in its Parliament Hill bureau in Ottawa in 2011, specializing in writing for the Politics page of cbcnews.ca. Soon after, I began doing some live television appearances on CBC News Network in addition to my digital job.I reported from Hong Kong for three months in early 2013 and in the fall of that year I joined CBC\'s Washington bureau. As a correspondent in that important bureau, I reported on CBC\'s digital, television and radio platforms. My time there included covering the 2016 election. In 2017, I returned to my hometown of Toronto. I currently specialize in live television reporting on CBC News Network, and you can also hear me on CBC Radio. I cover Toronto news, and Ontario politics.
