Provide comprehensive programming support for pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as their families, who are undergoing treatment for substance use disorders- Since assuming this role, the perinatal program has experienced a significant growth of 200%- Lead a team comprising of a Care Coordinator, Perinatal Nurse, Perinatal Counselor, and Perinatal Nurse Practitioner- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, responsibilities, tracking, and budgetary constraints- Communicate and report data to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OHMAS) and the Alcohol Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) in a timely manner- Engage in fundraising efforts to solicit donations from the community to support our families- Implement diverse strategies to provide support to our families, including the distribution of appropriate items such as baby supplies, hygiene products, and transportation assistance- Collaborate with community partners and serve as the primary point of contact for all perinatal-related activities.
