You CAN have the best relationship of your life, you just need three things: 1) A Strategic Plan 2) Accountability 3) Consistent Habits Here is a bit about me and how I can help you: In 2020, I hit a wall and found myself questioning everything: my job, my relationship and the life path I had chosen that I believed was set in stone. Not knowing what steps to take to figure out what I wanted or how to proceed, I decided to work with a Life Coach who changed my life. Using my life coach\'s advice and techniques, I learned the difference between depending on the people around me and having my own happiness independent of my relationships. I realized I did not need reassurance from those around me to feel good about myself and there was only one person that could affect my happiness and that person was me. Since then, I have extended many of my personal experiences and professional background in managing individuals to friends, and friend\'s referrals, to help lead them through their relationship problems, career issues and confidence building. I have been so fulfilled by helping people, that I decided to start my career in Life Coaching and become a coach myself. I am currently training with Rebecca Brown with Coach Training Alliance for my Level 1 Certification.
