   Serve as a Workflow Coach as a key player on the Transformation team and an integral part of the Virtual Radiology Assistant program. Support 3800 radiologists across all 50 states in a coaching role with emphasis on elevating the level of care for patients, as well as maximizing staff productivity and optimizing workflow. Hired as the first person on the team to assist in creating and shaping the program from the ground up, as well as hiring of all support team staff. Ensure the delivery of 1:1 “white glove” support services for radiologists with focus on efficiency and time management. Assess competencies of Virtual Radiology Assistants in 3 key areas encompassing clinical applications, fundamentals of radiology, and program workflow, through the administration of written and practical exams. Ensure competency in clinical applications, radiology fundamentals, and VRA program workflows. Understand radiologists’ workflow and provide training and clinical applications support to optimize their workflow. Build exceptional relationships with facility staff and radiologists to build trust and add value to their experience. Working closely with program stakeholders to improve program standards and outcomes. Serve as an SME in radiology workflow practices, clinical applications, and relevant hardware.
