Pioneered and designed a shovel-ready, off-grid, ground-based ADS-B surveillance system for Yakima Training Center, saving ~$900k in design costs; shelter design adopted as a new standard. Managed numerous Aviation Division projects exceeding $45M, acting as PM and SME. Represented Army Aviation in direct engagements with FAA HQ regarding Wide Area Multi-lateration surveillance systems.
