I am currently positioned as a Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I support the operations and reliability of AWS’s SBN (South Bend – New Carlisle) data center cluster spanning SBN, representing multi-billion-dollar mission-critical infrastructure assets and large-scale global data center capacity across electrical, mechanical, Liquid Cooling and safety systems.In this role, I am responsible for both electrical and mechanical operations, ensuring continuous uptime and operational excellence in high-availability environments. My work includes leading preventive maintenance, real-time system monitoring, troubleshooting, and fault analysis, along with executing MOPs (Methods of Procedure), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures) in compliance with strict operational and safety standards. I actively manage and monitor critical power and cooling infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and HVAC systems, leveraging SCADA, EPMS, and BMS platforms to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. I support hyperscale AI and cloud infrastructure, where precision, rapid response, and risk mitigation are essential.
