Promoted as a Software Development Manager, My Job responsibilities extended to: • Lead the software development team which includes frontend development, backend development, QA and DevOps team • Maintain the scrum and two weeks delivery cycle. • Maintain application development • Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum master, and Management team to deliver the requirements • Gather feature requests and requirements and do analysis for the development • Maintain the deployment cycle and releases. • Maintain inter-team communication and development with AI and Engineering team and provide support for them • Following and maintaining QMS • Also managing company\'s Bangladesh branch as a Branch Manager role
