Responsible for direct support of Cardiology/Radiology PACS imaging applications. Also responsible for enterprise wide VNA and associated enterprise uses such as OB/US, wound care, Optomalogy, etc. Responsible for support of diagnostic reading stations used by Radiologist and technologist throughout the enterprise. Full support of all PACS/VNA servers, networking equipment, Radiology/Cardiology imaging phone support, and project management for any Lexington Medical Centers facilities that utilizes LMC PACS/VNA. Also responsible for supporting 3D-post processing applications(Terarecon), Orthopedic templating software (Traumacad), as well as voice/ dication application support (Powerscribe) to include full support and maintenance of servers associated with these applications. Limited support of Epic Radiant (RIS) to include integration within Epic for viewing VNA as well as fully intergrated PACS workstations. Experience working with multiple AI applications such as Rapid and AIDOC. Assist in troubleshooting HL7 communications between all systems (EMR/PACS/VNA/Voice dictation, etc.) Also responsible for direct support of Neurological applications (EEG) and their servers, Sleep applications(Cadwell), and limited support of telestroke carts utilized in ED(Teledoc). Strong knowledge of multiple digital image sharing applications such as Nuance powershare, Ambra, Life image, etc.
