After DAZN\'s acquisition of Whistle Sports in early 2023, my role has expanded where I now oversee the business and legal affairs for DAZN Group North America, inclusive of the Whistle Sports business. Day to day includes- overseeing deal structure and leading negotiations across joint ventures; new business development; media, broadcast and live streaming rights; entertainment/ brand partnership agreements; production/ music counsel- managing global sustainability initiatives, implementing best practices across compliance [SEC, CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, SECR], governance, content, and production- leading internal North America corporate affairs and supporting global corporate team- supporting business and corporate development teams manage relationships with our strategic partners- supporting international IP portfolio management- ensuring global regulatory compliance with: 1) advertising/marketing/sweepstakes regulations:[FTC, USDA, UCC, FDA, CAN-SPAM]; 2) sports rights (eg NCAA, NIL, betting), 3) privacy [eg COPPA, GDPR], 4) IP [copyright/trademark portfolio management], 5) COVID-19 best practices)- Past partners include: P&G, NFL, Google, Meta, General Mills, Oikos, Olympics, BBC, Walmart, PBS, NBC, Amazon, FIFA, Marriott, EA Sports
