I build programs and partnerships that help climate technologies move from breakthrough to adoption.At Wells Fargo, I managed a $5M annual cleantech partnership portfolio, designed programs that connected innovators with commercial implementation partners, and launched the bank\'s first company-wide climate education series - which 500+ bankers voluntarily joined to get more confident talking with clients about energy transition opportunities. I also led the reimagining of IN², a $50M NREL-administered program, recruiting 10 commercial partners including CBRE and Intermountain Health for the first cohort focused on real-world deployment.Now at Realize 2050, I work with utilities and corporates on innovation strategy, helping clients evaluate emerging technologies, build business cases for new solutions, and navigate the path from pilot to deployment. Independently, I also work with early-stage climate ventures on the systems that create commercial traction: go-to-market strategy, advocate networks, and the tools that help founders tell their story to the right audiences.I\'m drawn to roles where I can design the connective tissue between innovation and implementation, whether that\'s helping a utility client identify their highest-value AI investments, building a venture support program, or helping a founding team find their first believers.When I\'m not working, I\'m usually somewhere in the Colorado backcountry - hiking, skiing, or attempting to capture the big picture in watercolor.
