As a Senior Project Manager with STRUCTURAL, I manage 3-7 projects at a time within our three divisions, General Concrete Repair, Building Envelope/Historic Renovation, and Energy/Industrial. These projects are of varying durations and contract value, from -$5M+ and may be contracted directly by the Owner or via a General Contractor. My responsibilities include Pre-Planning, Submittals, Safety Planning, Budget Generation/Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Billing, Change Orders, Client Communication/Coordination, Conducting Site Visits Weekly to check on Job Production, Safety, and Quality, and Job Closeout Activities (Warranty, O&M, As-Builts, etc.). As a Senior Project Manager, I am focused on larger company strategic goals, and coaching/mentoring of younger Project Managers who may be managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a given project. In addition, I take an increased role with mentoring/training of entry-level Project Engineers, other Project Managers, and of other branches within the company.
