This offer of employment is conditional on you being legally eligible to work in Canada. By returning a signed copy of this letter, you\'re representing that you are legally eligible to work for Home Depot in Canada.Work Schedule: Home Depot operates seven days a week, including weekends. You understand that you may be scheduled to work fluctuating shifts throughout the week, including Sundays, and any hours of the day in order to meet the demands of the business. While it is our intention to provide consistent employment for our part-time associates, due to fluctuations in our business, we are unable to guarantee a minimum number of hours each week. As a result, your hours of work will often vary from week to week. Even if, during the course of your employment, you are consistently scheduled to work a particular shift, you may be reassigned to fluctuating shift(s) that are different from the shifts you may have been working - including different days, start and finish times and total hours of work. You agree to accept changes in the scheduling of your shifts or hours of work scheduled per week.Footwear: As a condition of employment, you\'re required to wear CSA-approved footwear (bearing a green triangle) whenever you\'re working in a Home Depot store, distribution center, or innovation center location.
