   Provide system architecture and product management for a DaaS that supports 1M customer self-service sessions per month for broadband and wireless services. The DaaS Rules engine aggregates and orchestrates data from several internal backend system APIs and applies business logic that can be used as building blocks for customer care troubleshooting flows. Key Architect in integration with DaaS (Diagnostics as a Service) troubleshooting platform to enable devices diagnostics functions and both proactive/reactive recommended resolutions. Working with CLML teams to identify data needed for ML model predications to recommend quickest solutions for customer support issues.
