I am an aspiring medical practitioner with expanding interests in fields of ENT, Neurology, Immunology, and Oncology. By navigating around hospital, specialty, and urgent care settings I began to gain experience that will eventually help consolidate my career path. I look towards all the experiences I had in the past while looking forward to future careers and opportunities that will further my understanding of the medical field. My personal motto is “Make every moment count” and that allows me to consistently give it my all regardless of what the task is. This gives rise to my strong abilities of teamwork and communication which excel in fast paced environment, while complimenting my charismatic and reliable personality. Furthermore, with my adaptable and flexible nature I am able to quickly adjust to new settings and responsibilities. Previous experiences within ENT, Audiology, Allergy, Respiratory Therapy, Infection Prevention, Cardiology, Pathology, Oncology, Psychiatry, Pharmacy, Hospice/Palliative Care, Intensive Care, Emergency, and Administration has imparted various industry related skills that carry on with me on every new endeavor I take.

Clinical duties include obtaining and documenting vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, height, and weight) in the EHR, updating medication lists, and documenting known allergies accurately. They understand and adhere to prescription control and refill procedures, enter orders, and schedule appointments in the Practice Management System (PMS) and EHR, and provide referrals and consult orders in a timely manner. The MA adheres to universal safety precautions when administering medications and disposing of medical waste, maintains proficiency with department-specific equipment, and reports malfunctions promptly.Additional duties include facilitating the transition of care to urgent care centers or hospitals, demonstrating flexibility with work schedules, and performing other duties as assigned.
