About Mallory Donofry
I graduated from Le Moyne College in May of 2022 with a B.S. in Physics and continued my education to pursue my Master’s in Civil Engineering at Syracuse University, which I completed in December of 2023. I am self-driven and enthusiastic about my work as an aspiring engineer—strengths in organization, communication, innovative thinking, and quick learning. I strive to use my role as a female in engineering to highlight new perspectives and change the narrative of women in STEM. I am passionate about projects where I can make a difference and see my work\'s impact on the world. I am proud to currently be a part of municipal team where we provide engineering services to support necessary infrastructure projects for small communities in rural North Dakota.
