As a Personal Banker at NatWest Group, I support customers in achieving their financial goals by delivering high-quality banking services within a regulated financial services environment. My role involves understanding customers’ financial needs, conducting structured financial conversations, and helping them make informed decisions across a range of banking products and services, while ensuring all activity aligns with the FCA’s Consumer Duty and internal risk and compliance standards.Working collaboratively with colleagues across branch, community, and specialist banking teams, I am committed to delivering positive customer outcomes through professional judgement, strong relationship management, and a customer-first approach.
