   Develop and implement a yearly event and sponsorships plan that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals, in collaboration with the Founder and management team. • Oversee solicitation of sponsors and community partnerships. • Oversee all aspects of events from planning and execution to post-event analysis. • Respond to private event inquiries and provide quotes. • Oversee the execution of each event and provide a run of show to the General Manager and AV Manager to make sure that all is prepared before the event begins. • Manage the budget for each event, including costs for labor, catering, decorations, and equipment rental. • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure services such as catering, entertainment, or venue rental. • Coordinate with the marketing team to create a marketing plan for an event that includes promotion through social media and other channels such as direct mail or email marketing services. • Maintain a high-energy and positive spirit with your team, even in the not so sweet moments when challenges arise. • Multi-task within a rapidly moving entertainment environment. • Support with weekly team meetings and present topics with management as needed.
