An experienced technologist for I3 NG911, E9-1-1 platforms and systems, E9-1-1 voice switching, E9-1-1 CPE and systems operations and integration. As a VP of Technology I am responsible for providing the companies vision and direction for Next Generation 9-1-1 products. Over the past 32 years I have been fortunate to have built and directed many 9-1-1 subsystems and networks. I have been involved in or have inspired the creation of many 9-1-1 products, services and service delivery ESInet’s.I have great interest in the implementation of Additional Data and how it will be conveyed across the 9-1-1 ESINET to the PSAP, then First Responders. IOT devices for personal, residential and commercial settings along with the use of analytics will allow for new business rules for 9-1-1 operations.I consider myself one that is always looking for what others may not see and continually look for that next idea.
