Hello, I\'m Merridith Mackenzie Delinois, a rising 3L at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I\'m set to graduate in December 2023 and plan to sit for the Feb. 2024 CA bar exam. My passion lies in the areas of antitrust and/or IP, and I am excited to pursue a career in either of these fields.I am proud to say that I am in the top 10% of my class and have been recognized for my academic achievements with seven awards for the highest grade in a course. These courses include Administrative Law, Advance Contracts — UCC, Federal Evidence, Comparative Antitrust, Trademark & Unfair Competition, Contracts Drafting, and Externship II (for my internship at the San Diego Public Defenders Office).In addition to my academic achievements, I also served as a teaching assistant for Criminal Law (Spring 2022) and Criminal Procedure (Fall 2022), which provided me with valuable experience and knowledge that will undoubtedly benefit my future legal career.Before pursuing my law degree, I worked as an ABA certified Paralegal in an antitrust department, where I gained experience filing HRS Notification forms. I also have over 6+ years of corporate administrative experience.To further supplement my legal expertise, I am a licensed CA Notary (exp 11/2025).
