Designing and 3D modelling of the sheet metal enclosures including rack panels, consoles, multi-door cabinets, miniature switch gears etc using SOLIDWORKS with mechanical design and engineering construction- Generating and interpreting 2D drawings for fabrication using AutoCAD and Draft Sight with accurate GD & T- Familiar with NEMA and IP standards for electrical enclosures with respect to Underwriters\' Laboratories (UL) standards for isometric sheet metal enclosures and routings accredited by American National Standards Institute (ANSI), ASME and CSA standards and also deal with CNC punching and laser cutting processes- Supervise technicians and operators with coordinating other engineers for review and approval of designs, calculations and estimations with vendors as per bill of materials (BOM)- Inspecting final assemblies for mechanical failures to meet the customer satisfaction requirements and to determine the root cause for any defects- Evaluation of Engineering Change Request (ECR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and drawings revisions
