Currently, I’m working as an Associate Director at The James EVS department. As an environmental services Associate Director, I am responsible for the direct supervision of environmental services Managers, Supervisors, Environmental Services floor care technicians, environmental services associates technicians doing comparable work within the James cancer hospital. I lead my team from the very front, direct, assign tasks, and assess our assigned work forces. I also maintain creating daily assignments, play a great roll controlling the overtime, produce the daily report to the department director and have a direct responsibility for maintaining the workflows in 2nd and 3rd shifts environmental services provided in its area of accountability as well as significantly manage 360 communications.
